Today, life sucks.
Allow me some Fmylife time and I’m going to be dramatic about it. I just want to, or else i’m afraid that i may just cry in my dreams tonight.
Imagine the excitement of watching what you have shot over a Friday night, where you also have stolen away & sacrificed the precious TGIF of many other people just for the shoot. But then. imagine the Horror when you hit Play and there was Nothing of what you shot on the screen.
Then, you realised that you have recorded everything over and ERASED 98 percent of some of the greatest song and dance.
And then you only have dinner at 10pm and it was MacDonalds. Not fattening at all. Not Gross at all. No at all.
When my exams end in 3 weeks time, I’m going to Borders to get this. Hopefully it will be in stock and i can slowly savour this book of the Fritzl story with a hot cuppa on my left and a bagel with strawberry jam on my right, as i wait for my fellow friends to finish their schooling pain.
I am dreaming about 20th April already.
Adam Lambert is going to win American Idol 8. He is my David Cook of this season.
His rendition of Tracks of My Tears was amaaaaaaaaazing.
Alright. 2 hours of Teevee is enough. Time to get back to my 8 page long Term Paper on American Media.
It took me one and a half paragraph of writing to gobble the whole tube up.
And i am eating Lays Classic now – The next best thing after Fries and French Fries.
I think i am secretly Anti-Weight Loss.
This is definitely Something to look forward to.
I mean, soon i can finally Cut and Paste (Forward SMS).
St Nicks Lastchillout.
It was an awesomely pleasant night with the comfort food of familiar tastes and old school flavour. Even though the music was way too loud and the lights were way too dim (i have night blindness), the whole event was GREAT. It was a rare opportunity to see so many old girls of St Nicks coming together, enjoying the atmosphere of nostalgia and good times.
Saw many old Old girls and many of them were part of the Cool Senior infatuation days, when we used to gush over how cool or how pretty That senior was. It was also incredibly heartwarming to see everyone getting so excited when the Family Dance song, Line Dance song, Mambo No. 5 song, Secondary School Mass Dance song, Primary School Mass Dance song etc etc, were played towards the end of everything. Memories of how a large part of our school time were spent not in the classroom but on the field waving flags and forming formations that resembled North Korea’s army came flooding back.
I’m a St Nicks fan.
This morning or should i say Afternoon, was woken up by the most annoying and painful noise of people cutting grass outside my room. God knows why in the world did they take So Long to shave off the grass. And i mean, the grass area that surrounds my room is not exactly that Large. I swear beauty sleep was disturbed for 3 hours or more. It was a great way to wake up to a Wednesday afternoon and then you can sense the sarcasm.
And oh. The end-semester stress is here to strike again once more. With the self-induced scare of downloading past year exam papers,(an absolute portrayal of Kiasu-ism of me) going through the exams questions was accompanied with the deepest and most intense Frowns I can ever make. Less than 4 weeks to go before the exams. I need Hope.
Aside from all That, i am very happy to discover Bitter:Sweet from one of the L Word episodes.
Anyone who is free and has nothing better to do should go check it out. The Mating Game track is most awesome. Makes you want to be James Bond for awhile.
